Reiki is a spiritual practice that works on the subtle body energy through the chakra system. As the Reiki practitioner, I am a pure and open channel. My job is to ignite the spark of inner healing for you. Because Reiki works on the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental aspects of the self, many things could arise.

As a clairaudient, I sometimes receive a word, a phrase, a name or a message that I will share. One never knows.

You can book one or more sessions. It can take time for someone to be able to relax and receive. Reiki is so different for each individual so it's not easy to know how many sessions will be right for you. We can go deeper with coaching.

Live sessions are done in a private space and last anywhere between 30 and 90 minutes. Shorter sessions are meant for those that want a quick relaxing break. Longer sessions include processing. Distance sessions are done in groups of three in a row for three days at the same time, for about 15 to 20 minutes.

If you want to go deeper we can add coaching.

My intention is to stay out of the way and be guided divinely by spirit.

I will be your spiritual tour guide as you embark on this journey of introspection. Coaching sessions, your homework, and optional Reiki sessions will reveal which chakras are sluggish or blocked.

Through the lens of the chakra system, you'll discover or unbury parts of yourself. This involves you being committed to doing what it takes to heal from the inside out.

There will be lots of questions to ask yourself, as you get to the source of your challenge, pain, discomfort, or chronic illness. The beliefs you have about yourself will tell you much of what you need to know.

We'll work on releasing what doesn't serve you, and replacing with new perspectives.

You'll learn many ways to unblock and break through so you can feel more peaceful, and live with joy.

Text and email support is included between sessions, when more than one is booked. Packages are available.
